Terms and Conditions: Cancellation and Refund Policy
Welcome to Woxo ("Woxo," "we," "our," or "us") and our Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully, as they govern your use of our website https://woxo.tech (the "Site"), as well as our video editing and creation services accessible on the Site. To make these Terms easier to read, the Site, our products, and our services are collectively called the "Services."
Agreement to Terms. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.
This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services and refund requests for users of the WOXO platform. By subscribing to our services, the User expressly and unreservedly accepts the provisions detailed herein.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Cancellation Scope: The User understands that cancellation refers exclusively to the termination of the recurring service subscription.
Freedom To Cancel: The User may terminate their subscription at any time through the following channels:
- Self-Management: Via the "Manage Subscription - Cancel" section within the account settings panel. This action will immediately stop the automatic renewal.
- Support-Assisted Management: Via written notification to [email protected]
Notification Period for Support: If opting for cancellation via support, the request must be sent at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the renewal date. Otherwise, WOXO does not guarantee the stoppage of the automatic charge for the next cycle.
Non-Retroactivity: The cancellation of the subscription stops future charges but does not entitle the User to claim refunds for periods already billed or accrued.
CREDIT POLICY AND ADDITIONAL PURCHASES
Nature of Credits: Credits assigned through subscription, renewal, or additional purchases (add-ons) are digital assets for internal use within the platform.
Non-Refundability: Under no circumstances will credits be subject to refunds, financial compensation, or conversion into legal tender.
Non-transferability: Credits are personal and non-transferable between user accounts.
Persistence after Cancellation: The cancellation of the plan subscription does not imply the immediate loss of accumulated credits. The User will retain the credit balance available in their user account for use within the platform, subject to the current terms of use.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Residual Access: Upon cancellation, the User will maintain access to the contracted features until the expiration of the current billing period.
Premium Service Termination: At the end of the paid period, access to premium features will be automatically suspended. WOXO assumes no responsibility for the loss of data or access resulting from the User's decision to cancel their service.
REFUND GUARANTEE FOR NEW USERS
Initial Right of Withdrawal: WOXO grants a seven (7) calendar day refund guarantee, applicable exclusively to new users, starting from the activation of the initial subscription. This period will be calculated from the date and time of the initial subscription activation.
Evaluation of Requests: Every request received within the seven (7) day period will be evaluated by our compliance team. WOXO reserves the right to process the refund provided that no abusive or fraudulent use of the platform is detected.
Exclusions: Once the seven (7) calendar day period from the date of purchase has elapsed, the User acknowledges and agrees that no refunds or credits will be granted for partial subscription periods, regardless of the level of activity or use of the service.
REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURES
Official Channel: For a refund request to be valid, the User must send it exclusively by email to [email protected]
Identification Requirements: The request must be sent from the email address linked to the WOXO account and include the subscription identification details.
Payment Processing: Once the refund is approved, the return will be issued through the original payment method.
Credit Timelines: The User accepts that the processing time for the refunded amount is typically between five (5) and ten (10) business days, subject exclusively to the policies of the issuing financial institution. WOXO is not responsible for delays resulting from third-party banking entities.
